Rules of the Internet Center

Providing to citizens the right of receiving information and according to Legislation of Ukraine the Library, in addition to periodicals, provides to its users access to internet recourses and helps in searching and working with them.

We ask our users to keep to the following rules:

•  Scientific, educational and professional requests have priority.

•  Only registered readers of the library can use Internet recourses

•  The aim of the Internet center is to help users in searching information. Users can not use resources of the center for chats, SMS services, ICQ or games.

User of the center has right to:

•  Use Internet-recourses for free with or without the advice-giver

•  Print received information (up to 3 pages) or save it on a 3.5” Disk (up to 1 MB)

Forbidden:

•  To use Internet in commercial, illegal and non-esthetic aims (reading of antisocial information; buying, selling or advertising of goods or services; infringement of copyright; illegal copying of software or software licenses)

•  To install/delete software or to change software/hardware settings

Please, remember:

•  You can use recourses of the center according to preliminary record or to queue

•  Duration of one working seance for users is one hour per day

•  Not more than two users simultaneously can use one working place.

•  Before copying of information to 3.5” Disk administrator of the center must format the Disk

•  Administrator of the center has right to: set the queue of users, confine copyng and access to materials protected by copyright.

Administration of the center doesn't bring responsibility for:

•  Content of information you get from Internet

•  Problems with Microsoft software or with internet connection

Administration of the center has right to debar user from using of Internet recourses of the center for infringement of these rules.
