Your question is answered by experts and bibliographers of
libraries-participants of corporate project
How to ask a question?
To ask a question, it is necessary simply to fill in the offered
form. Ask a question in any formulation.
ATTENTION! Fill in windows by all means: first name, middle
initial, last name, question, sphere of activity. We have the
right not to answer the anonymous users.
How to see the answer?
To see the answer on your question, it is necessary simply
to go once again on the page of our service - answers to the
last 10 questions are always visible on the page with the search
form. You can also easily find the answer in the database of
our service, having remembered the identification number of
the question, which is given by the system of the virtual information
automatically. If at the registration of the question, you specify
your e-mail, the help service will send you the notice on the
answer to your question automatically.
ATTENTION! You can use the function of search in the base
of the answers according to the keyword, the answer to your
question possibly exists in the database of the virtual service.
On what questions do we give answers?
- Presence in the library collections:
- o the definete books
- legislative, statutory acts of the Ministries and departments
of Ukraine, Russia, the former USSR
- normative documents of authorities of Lugansk region
- Information and facts about history, economic and social development
of Lugansk region
- Every possible data and facts which can be found with the
help of encyclopaedias, and search systems available in the
library.
- Selection of the literature for various topic: 1-5 items.
On what terms do we give the answer?
All inquiries are fulfilled during the day.
On what inquiries don't we give the answer?
- the complex inquiries demanding profound scientific research
and connection to additional sources of information which are
not available in the library.
- ATTENTION! We do not send electronic copies of documents,
and we only give the information on presence of documents in
the library.
